Clay Hodge and Victory Glass

Clay Hodge, the founder of Victory Glass, came from a family of skilled artisans and grew up on construction sites. He spent his formative years surrounded by craft workers who shared their knowledge, skills, and passion. But his mother’s influence held the most lasting impact on his career path. She served in the commercial glass and glazing industry, inspiring him to found Victory Glass, LLC.

In 1999, Clay decided his greatest passion and skill was in commercial glass and glazing. He began praying for God’s will concerning when and how to start his business venture. After receiving the guidance he needed, Clay drew on decades of acquired business insight and experience in the industry to establish Victory Glass.

Since then, his commercial glass company has grown to include other skilled artisans and glass installation experts who bring unique value to Victory Glass and its clients. We have served clients like Choate, MB Kahn, Whiting-Turner, and many more.

Our company culture is grounded in mutual respect and professionalism, and we bring this same spirit to every project.
